Community Outpatients provides support services for a number of large NHS Trusts across London and the South East to assist them in the achievement of 18 week Referral to Treatment targets and ensuring patients have fast access to high quality care closer to home.
Our insourcing projects work across multiple sites both within the hospital and in community based hubs, tailoring our approach in line with the individual requirements of the Trust. A number of these services were developed out of an initial need to alleviate backlog issues but have since grown into long term strategic relationships whereby patients are able to benefit from shorter waiting times and hospital quality care within the community.
Our experienced team of consultants, General Practitioners with a Specialist Interest (GPwSI’s), Plastic Surgeons, Nurses and HCAs provide a full dermatology or ENT service to both compliment and enhance the current provision within the Trust.
Our dermatology services include a combination of teledermatology, routine assessment and treatment, 2 Week Wait pathway, phototherapy, plastic surgery, patch testing and outpatient procedures.
Within our ENT services we deliver routine assessment and treatment, microsuction/ear-syringing, nasal cautery, endoscopic examination and hearing assessments.
Our consultant delivered neurology services provide an insourced solution to NHS Trusts to see, manage and treat first attendance and existing follow-up patients. This improves access for patients whilst supporting the delivery of RTT neurology performance within the Trust.
We work closely with Trusts to develop a successful, fully integrated service that continues to support the hospital and delivers convenient, specialist care to patients.

I was very nervous when I attended my minor surgery appointment. The service and the treatment that I received were both excellent. All staff were courteous and friendly, I was seen on time and given plenty of time to air my concerns and clarify the procedure. I feel so relieved. Thank you to the staff involved.
