Our Community ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) Service has been providing fast access to specialist care for patients across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough since 2015.
Our consultant-led team diagnose and treat a range of conditions as well as performing microsuction/ear syringing, nasal cautery, endoscopic examination, hearing assessments and arranging diagnostics as required, with appointments available within 6 weeks of receipt of referral.

The service is available for all non-complex referrals for patients registered with a Cambridgeshire or Peterborough GP practice.
Our consultant-led team triage all referrals and direct patients into the most appropriate pathway. Our community clinics include:

On discharge from our service both the referring clinician and patient receive a detailed patient management plan outlining treatment undertaken, any onward referrals and advice on self-care.

Your GP will either make an appointment within our service for you or will provide you with the information to enable you to book an appointment at a time, date and location of your choosing.
If you require translation facilities or would like a chaperone to attend your appointment with you, please inform our team when you make your appointment.
Following your appointment a letter outlining your treatment and care will be sent to you and your GP.
