Team

David Roberts, Lead ENT Consultant, will oversee the process of assessment to ensure that practitioners are complying with all recommendations to the highest standards. This system is analogous to that carried out by the NHS / current specialist care providers.

David Roberts, Lead ENT Consultant
David is a Consultant ENT Surgeon appointed to Guy's and St Thomas ' Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 1998. As Head of Service for ENT, he was involved with the strategic developments within the trust and local PCT steering groups for ENT services. He helped establish the local community based ENT clinic and acts as the Clinical Governance guardian for this practice. He is the Clinical Governance lead for ENT within the trust and sit on the revalidation committee for ENT-UK.

Dr. Simon Fradd
Simon has 25 years experience as a GP. He is past deputy Chairman of the GPs' negotiating team of the British Medical Association which negotiated the new GP contract in 2004. He was a founder board member of the original Total Purchasing Pilot, Nottingham Non Fundholders. He founded the Doctor Patient Partnership. He is also a past member of the General Medical Council. He is currently involved with progressing the development of Practice Based Commissioning to Commissioning Consortia.

Toby Hurd, Commercial Director
Toby has a background in mergers and acquisitions, consumer marketing, new product development and category management. Toby held senior management positions in mergers and acquisitions and marketing consultancy before joining Concordia as the Commercial Director. Toby's role covers the company's strategic development, particularly relationship building with Clinical Commissioning Groups, PCTs, secondary care stakeholders, pharmacy and out-of-hours organisations. Toby has led on the formation of the Community Outpatients business, working with primary and secondary care leaders to deliver exceptional NHS care for our patients.

Ciaran O'Carroll, Product Development Director
Ciaran is ACMA qualified with 22 years of NHS experience. His NHS experience spans Acute Hospitals, Mental Health Trusts, Community Trusts, PCTs and Primary Care. Ciaran brings business skills that significantly contribute to the development, diversification and growth of the company. Ciaran has a strong track record in building and maintaining successful business relationships and partnerships. He is actively involved in a number of GP consortia and has a particular interest in partnership working to re-design services for patients.

Paul Harvey, Social Marketing Manager
Paul is responsible for all patient engagement and communication material. He has a solid social marketing background and works closely with third sector organisations within each of the boroughs Community Outpatients services. Working with the local consortias and individual practices Paul provides the tools to help educate patients on the services provided by Community Outpatients.
