Our ENT services are run through a number of suitable and easily accessible clinic locations, with flexible clinic times to meet the needs of the patients. The locations are agreed with a GP consortia and Commissioners to identify optimal hubs for the service. We have a track record of securing consulting rooms and theatres at local hospitals and within the GP community, for outpatient and elective work.
The provision of equipment is managed through a hub and spoke model, locating microscopes at each of the hubs with a mobile transport facility for all other equipment required to deliver the service.
The postcode matrix system within our referral management centre ensures we will only see patients referred into the service by local GPs and can efficiently identify the closest delivery location, improving patient access to the service and speed of treatment.
